Aren’t fruit powders awesome? At Lush, we love to 'put the whole fruit in', but it's proven difficult to achieve this in dry, naked products such as bath bombs, because of all the water they contain. Fruit powders, usually made by extracting the juice and then spray-drying it, help us add the vitamins, colours and scent of fruit to any product we want!

Are yu zu?

The fruit of the yuzu is like a cross between a sour mandarin and a grapefruit in size, taste and smell. It can be either yellow or green depending on the degree of ripeness. They are very aromatic and is most famous for being an integral ingredient in the citrus-based sauce ponzu.
